Lauren began volunteering for Love INC in October 2009. She is a VISTA volunteer as of November 2011. She assists with training and oversight of new volunteers and assists with the new computer program that is allowing us to go paperless. She assists in whatever area is needed.
Debbie came to Love INC through NM Works and has been wholeheartedly serving others since then. She helps with reception work, data entry, research, and often volunteers to assist others on special projects. “Debbie is such an excellent researcher and is always willing to help.” said Deb Roberts, Clearinghouse Director. We are thankful the journey God has Debbie on has brought her to Love INC where she can share her love and enthusiasm for helping others.
Evelyn began at Love INC as an intake volunteer, and saw the need to help with scheduling home repairs for clients.She loves yard sales and thrift stores. When we started working on the Thrift Store she jumped on board and she began sorting and organizing the needs of the Thrift Store.
 Josh has been with Love INC since its inception and is a previous board member. He is still an active volunteer to this day. Josh helps with everything from donation pickup to home assessments. Thank you Josh for your servants heart and continually helping Love INC to help churches.
 Mimi is always on the move! Mimi Montgomery is managing Renewed Blessings thrift store. “She is this big ball of energy and her love of the Lord lights her way!” says Deb Roberts, Clearinghouse Director. Her passion for helping others is readily evident in all that she says and does. Her energy is contagious and she has been a blessing to the ministry of Love INC. Please come down between 9a and 3p on Friday or Saturday to meet this wonderful lady!
We’ve found our assistant manager for Renewed Blessings thrift store. Tori has been working like a mad woman this week to get ready for the grand opening Friday. “I couldn’t do it without her, she is invaluable!” said Mimi Montgomery, Renewed Blessings Manager. Tori and her husband Ken are active over at the Albuquerque Indian Mission and she also finds time to home school her beautiful children and do volunteer work. Tori is definitely being the hands and feet of Jesus and we are thankful she has been called to help at Renewed Blessings. Thanks Tori for all your hard work and dedication to helping churches help people!
 Clarence is very knowledgeable about home repairs. He visits
many of our clients to assess their needs and see if Love INC is
able to help. He also has the skills to fix furnaces. With Clarence's
availability, home assessments can be done very quickly.
He began at Love INC in October, 2009.
Paula began volunteering in the fall 2009. She helped organize the first fundraiser for Love INC. Once that was complete, she trained to become an intake volunteer. She took over the extended program Jerusalem Journey and organizes groups to help families for a longer period of time. We call this a Mission trip in your own hometown.
 Danny has been helping churches help people for about two years now. His dedication is evident just by his trek in. He walks three miles to the nearest bus station and then takes two separate buses to again walk the last few blocks to the warehouse. Danny does this every Thursday to help with donation pickups. Raymond Dennis, Board Member and dedicated volunteer said, “Danny is certainly a help to me and would be hard to replace. He helps me as our navigator and directs me as how best to get to our next stop.” Danny’s service to the Kingdom is invaluable. He does one of those jobs that most people don’t even think about but without his efforts we would not be able to help families. Thank you Danny for your continued dedication to the Love INC mission.
He helps at reception two days a week assisting everyone who calls or comes to the door. On a third day he helps with whatever needs done. He has been known to paint, work in the warehouse, help in the thrift store and even finds time to do social visits with families. Todd is definitely bringing glory to God by helping to transform lives and communities in the name of Christ. Thank you Todd.
Arilla
Arilla has been at Love INC for about a year now. She has helped in many areas from reception, to the thrift store, in the warehouse, even packing. “Arilla is a very versatile and helpful worker who exhibits supreme strength and patience. It is a pleasure to work with her.” Said Lauren Leggee, Assistant to the Clearinghouse Director. Arilla is very adaptable and is always willing to assist anyone in need of help. She is an excellent trainer, full of patience and is innovative in how she motivates others to learn. She has even been known to bring is some spicy salsa, yum! Thank you Arilla for your calm presence and your heart to serve, you bring blessings to us every day.
 Donna has been helping out at the Love INC Clearinghouse for months now. She is very sweet on the phone and has helped countless clients on their journey to recovery. “Donna is an awesome volunteer and she is willing to do whatever is needed. She is a fun and interesting lady,” said Lauren Leggee, Assistant to the Clearinghouse Director. Donna helps with intake interviews and verifications and can be found over at St John’s United Methodist Church on any given weekend. Thank you for your service to the Kingdom, because of people like you clients were connected with services that were desperately needed during their time of crisis including seven (7) families who received a blessing of furniture just last weekend.
 Sean has been helping out down at Love INC for a couple of months now and has been invaluable. “When Sean comes in he always has a smile on his face and is willing to help with whatever we need help with,” said Deb Roberts, Clearinghouse Director. Sean has been known to put together shelving, say a kind word, help pick up donations, smile at people, repair small appliances, pretty much anything he is asked. Sean is spreading joy around at Love INC and we are pretty happy about that. Thank you Sean for helping out the Kingdom to transform lives in the name of Christ!
 Wayne has been helping down at the warehouse for many many months. He helps maintain our inventory and makes furniture repairs. He ensures we know what is down there helping us to help more clients. He even leads youth groups and helps with special events. “Wayne has such a servants heart and is always willing to help with whatever is going on here.” said Deb Roberts, Clearinghouse Director. Wayne has been on a vacation with his wife for the last six weeks and they covered 6,500 miles! We are happy to have Wayne back!! Thank you Wayne for you continued dedication to the Love INC mission.
“Richard is always in a good mood and has an encouraging word for everyone he comes across” says Deb Roberts, Clearinghouse Director. The love of Jesus really shines through when you hear Richard on the phone. We are blessed to have him here and were even lucky enough to celebrate his birthday with him last month. Thank you Richard for your continued good deeds and for answering Gods call to serve others. |
