Churches Helping People
Welcome to Love INC of South Albuquerque. This affiliate is one of 160 affiliates in 30 states throughout the country. The first Love INC started over 34 years ago in Michigan. The mission of Love INC is to help churches help people. Currently we have more than 30 churches participating with us with volunteers from each church helping people who live in South Albuquerque. We are starting our fourth year connecting volunteers with needy families to minister to them with furniture, minor home repairs, and yard-work. This year volunteers will begin mentoring people who would like more help with finances and parenting.
We hope you will take the time to read some of the testimonies from volunteers and people who have been helped.
We'd also like to invite you to become involved with Love INC of South Albuquerque. You can help by volunteering, donating items and or money, and praying for our ministry. Many blessings to you,

Meet two of Love INC's newest board members:
Robert Voss is the President and CEO of Data NM, a local company which has been in business for the past 8 years and offers a wide variety of computer-related services. He has been assisting Love Inc. for the past 2 years and was recently added to their board of directors. He is a member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church, and commonly is found singing in the choir. Robert and his wife Katya have four children.
Raymond is mostly retired from active ownership of a variety of companies but continues to provide limited civil engineering services, generally for rural water systems in central New Mexico. He and his wife Barbara are blessed with six children and sixteen grandchildren. They attend Albuquerque First United Methodist Church where they are active in a variety of leadership positions.
Raymond assists Love, INC. with furniture pickup, usually one day each week.

THRIFT STORE NAME IS ANNOUNCED:
Thanks to all who submitted names for Love INC's Thrift Store. The winner is Donna J. The winning submission is:
"Renewed Blessings."
Yesterday, we spoke with Donna and told her she was the winner. She replied at first she had no intentions of submitting a name. Donna does want to give credit to Jeremy (another faithful Love INC volunteer) who inspired her. Jeremy had been talking about the word "renew" and "renewals." She went home and thought of "Renewed Blessings." Congratulations Donna and Jeremy for helping name the thrift store!

THRIFT STORE PRAISES
